Vodex Raises $2M to Revolutionize Customer Engagement with GenAI Voice Technology

Generative AI startup Vodex has secured $2 million in seed funding, spearheaded by prominent investors Unicorn India Ventures and Pentathlon Ventures.

Vodex aims to revolutionize customer engagement by simulating human-like voice interactions, offering a personalized and efficient alternative to traditional call centers.

Established in 2022 by Anshul Shrivastava and Kumar Saurav, Vodex has achieved an impressive $1 million in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) in under a year. The startup intends to utilize the funding to expand globally and scale the business by at least fourfold within the next year. It plans to focus primarily on the USA and Canada markets to solidify its position as a leader in GenAI-driven sales.

Recognizing the pivotal role of customer service in the success of any tech solution, Vodex will allocate a portion of the funds to build a dedicated and highly trained support team. This strategic move aims to ensure that Vodex not only leads in technology innovation but also sets high standards for customer satisfaction.

Bhaskar Majumdar, Managing Partner at Unicorn India Ventures, expressed confidence in Vodex's potential, stating, "GenAI has multiple use cases and the potential to transform tech businesses worldwide. We see disruptive capabilities in Vodex to emerge as a formidable player by applying the power of GenAI and SaaS to help enterprises manage their CRM engagements more efficiently."
