Their pitch commenced with a modest ask of 75 lakhs for a mere 1% equity stake in their company. The negotiation unfolded with Aman Gupta and Vineeta making initial offers, followed by probing questions from Amit Jain. Partha and Rimjhim astounded the panel by divulging their impressive profit margins and financial success. Amidst deliberation, Anupam and Amit presented a compelling joint offer of 75 lakhs for 1% equity.

In a surprising turn, Aman and Vineeta revised their offers to match the 75 lakhs for 1.5% equity proposal. However, the co-founders stunned everyone by opting for an 'all-sharks' deal, relinquishing more equity than initially intended. Ultimately, they secured a lucrative deal of 75 lakhs for a 2.5% stake in their flourishing enterprise.


This unprecedented move underscores the co-founders' prioritization of value over valuation, demonstrating their strategic decision-making and commitment to fostering strong partnerships.
