In a fast-paced world where time is a luxury and demands are ceaseless, finding reliable domestic assistance can be a daunting task. However, Broomees, a pioneering platform, has revolutionized the landscape of household assistance, connecting individuals with skilled professionals while prioritizing the welfare of workers.

Founded in 2020 by Vaibhav Agarwal, an Indian Business School (ISB) dropout, Broomees emerged from a tiny room in a village in Delhi. Alongside Vaibhav, Niharika Jain and Saurav Kumar, each bringing their unique skills and experiences, embarked on a mission to transform the domestic assistance sector.

Despite initial challenges, including a lack of financial investment, Broomees persevered and established itself as a reliable platform offering a diverse range of skilled helpers for various household needs. Through meticulous screening processes and a commitment to authenticity, Broomees ensures the reliability of its workers, earning the trust of its customers.

Broomees not only provides a service but also fosters a sense of community and empowerment among its workers. Through free festivals and opportunities for skill enhancement, Broomees invests in the growth and well-being of its workers, offering them affordable health insurance for a secure future.

The company's remarkable journey was further highlighted on Shark Tank India Season 2, where the founders struck a significant deal, propelling Broomees to new heights. From generating a modest revenue of Rs 10,000 per month to achieving a turnover of Rs 3 crore monthly, Broomees has demonstrated its commitment to growth and innovation.

Backed by funding from prominent investors and giants in the industry, including 100x.VC and Dholakia Ventures, Broomees aims to expand its impact by bringing in over 1 lakh workers across the country in the next five years, furthering its mission to revolutionize the unorganized sector.

In a world where the contributions of domestic workers often go unnoticed, Broomees serves as a beacon of change, reminding us of the power of innovation, collaboration, and compassion. As Broomees continues to pave the way for meaningful connections and positive change, its journey inspires us to seek not only convenience but also meaningful ways to uplift and empower others.
